15 Best Performing Ministers of the Merah Putih Cabinet, According to IPO Survey

According to a survey by Indonesia Political Opinion (IPO), in the Merah Putih Cabinet led by President Prabowo Subianto, there are 15 ministers considered to be the best performing by the public.

Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa ranked first, perceived as the best by 17.5% of respondents.

According to IPO, this perception indicates that the maneuvers and publicity carried out by Purbaya make the public optimistic and confident regarding his capacity as a minister.

Below are the details of the 15 ministers perceived to be the best performing, according to the IPO survey: 

1. Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa: 17.5%
2. Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya: 15.1%
3. Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono: 11.8%
4. Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan: 9.8%
5. Minister of Youth and Sports Erick Thohir: 7.4%
6. Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman: 6.5%
7. Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono: 5.8%
8. Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar: 5.7%
9. Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto: 5%
10. Minister of Investment and Downstreaming Rosan P. Roeslani: 4.1%
11. Minister of Villages Yandri Yusanto: 4%
12. Minister of Education and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti: 3.8%
13. Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian: 2.5%
14. Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections Yusril Ihza Mahendra: 1.8%
15. Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita: 1.2%

The IPO survey was conducted from October 9-17, 2025, involving 1,200 respondents aged at least 17 years or already married, proportionally distributed across all regions of Indonesia.

This survey used a multistage random sampling method with a margin of error of plus/minus 2.90% and a confidence level of 95%.
