Based on the latest survey results from the Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI), presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto is leading in several political party bases. Prabowo leads in 9 out of 18 political parties in the LSI survey.
"According to the party bases currently in parliament, Prabowo leads in the PKB, Gerindra, Golkar, PAN, and Democrat bases," according to the LSI survey report.
Gerindra voters overwhelmingly support Prabowo with 77.6%, followed by Anies Baswedan at 10.6%, and Ganjar Pranowo at 9.1%.
Democrat voters supporting Prabowo amount to 70.2%, Anies 16.8%, and Ganjar 12.5%. PAN voters choosing Prabowo reach 48.5%, Anies 13.2%, and Ganjar 18.8%.
Golkar voters choosing Prabowo are recorded at 48.2%, Anies 34%, and Ganjar 11.2%. Meanwhile, PKB voters also mostly support Prabowo at 47.4%, while Anies receives 28.2%, and Ganjar 22.9%.
Prabowo also receives significant support from Hanura, Garuda, Perindo, and Ummat party bases.
"Ganjar leads in the PDI-P and PPP bases, while Anies leads in the NasDem and PKS bases," stated LSI in its survey report.
PDI-P voters supporting Ganjar amount to 76.4%, while those supporting Prabowo are 12.5%, and Anies 4.9%. PPP voters choosing Ganjar reach 48.8%, Prabowo 24.4%, and Anies 7.5%.
Ganjar also receives significant support from PSI and Hanura bases.
Anies is most dominant in NasDem with 79.3% of the vote, followed by Prabowo at 14.9%, and Ganjar at 5.6%. In the PKS base, Anies receives 43.3%, Prabowo 18.2%, and Ganjar 10%.
Anies also receives considerable support from PBB, Partai Buruh, and PKN, as shown in the graph above.
This survey was conducted from September 18-20, 2023. Respondents were Indonesian citizens aged 17 and above with voting rights in the 2024 General Election. Sample selection used the random digit dialing (RDD) method.
The survey sample comprised 1,206 respondents, selected through a random telephone number generation process, validation, and screening, with a margin of error of approximately 2.9% at a 95% confidence level.
