South Sumatra Food Price List Today: Rice and Onion Prices Increase (Sunday, December 10, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today have been observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (10/12/2023) at 10:47 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, granulated sugar, dry soybean (import), skipjack tuna, and red onions.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), fine iodized salt, chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onions experienced the highest price increase of Rp2,060 (6.5%), reaching Rp33,740 per kg. Meanwhile, bulk wheat flour experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp120 (1.21%), reaching Rp9,830 per kg.

9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp28,620 per kg (up 0.6%)
