Latest Food Prices in Jambi Region: Red Chili Up, Onions Down

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (11/11/2025) at 11:00 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 15 increased and 8 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include corn at the farmer level, curly red chili, bulk wheat flour, SPHP rice, and packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, garlic bulbs, medium rice, mackerel, and red onions decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili jumped the highest by Rp7,333 (12.94%) to Rp64,000 per kg. Meanwhile, mackerel prices fell the sharpest by Rp1,818 (4.57%) to Rp37,960 per kg.
