Food Prices Today (30/1) in Banten: Red Chili Up, Oil Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (January 30, 2026) at 4:30 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are Minyakita, curly red chili, large red chili, red bird's eye chili, and red onion.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Honan garlic, bulk palm cooking oil, and bulk granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili commodity surged the highest by Rp1,467 (3.74%) to Rp40,667 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of bulk palm cooking oil fell the sharpest by Rp167 (0.97%) to Rp17,083 per liter.
