Price of Local Granulated Sugar in Modern Markets for the Period March 2025-2026

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of local granulated sugar in modern markets in Lampung Province is recorded at Rp17,500 per kg. This price has not changed compared to the previous day and also over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of local granulated sugar in modern markets has not changed from the previously recorded Rp17,500 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of local granulated sugar in modern markets in Lampung over the past three months has seen a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of local granulated sugar in modern markets in Lampung Province is traded at Rp17,500 per kg.

The record increase in the daily price of local granulated sugar in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2023 with an increase of 12.55%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2017 with a decrease of -18.03%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods (sembako) today in Lampung show that three commodities have decreased and 18 others have increased. The staple foods with decreased prices are Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat, Chicken Meat, and Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1.

8. Grade 1 Beef per Kg Rp187,700 per kg (no change)
