Today's Food Prices in D.I. Yogyakarta: Onions Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in D.I. Yogyakarta today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (11/11/2025) at 2:30 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red onion, consumption salt, SPHP rice, red bird's eye chili, and garlic bulb.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, curly red chili, bulk cooking oil, packaged wheat flour, and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onion commodity saw the highest jump of Rp593 (1.58%) to Rp38,037 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp2,072 (3.65%) to Rp54,714 per kg.
