Food Prices Today, January 7 in Bali: Garlic Up, Bird's Eye Chili Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (7/1/2026) at 3:15 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 1 commodity decreased.

The only commodity with an increased price was Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, only red bird's eye chili decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Honan garlic commodity jumped the highest by Rp833 (2.49%) to Rp34,222 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red bird's eye chili dropped the deepest by Rp278 (0.6%) to Rp46,083 per kg.
