Food Prices Today, January 29 in Bali: Red Chili and Chicken Meat Prices Decrease

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Price Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (29/1/2026) at 16.05 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased.

The commodities with increased prices are red cayenne pepper and curly red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken meat, medium rice, and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red cayenne pepper commodity surged the highest by Rp3,527 (7.07%) to Rp53,444 per kg. The price of large red chili decreased the most by Rp166 (0.68%) to Rp24,278 per kg.
