The average expenditure of residents in Kapuas Regency for purchasing cooking oil (palm oil, sunflower oil) in 2023 was Rp4,110.34 per capita per week. This figure is lower than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp5,678.83 per capita per week.

Per capita average expenditure refers to the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, including purchases, gifts, and self-produced goods, divided by the number of household members. Household consumption is categorized into food and non-food consumption, regardless of the origin of goods, and is limited to household needs only, excluding consumption/expenditure for business purposes or given to others.
