Current Food Prices in Jambi: Chicken and Chili Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (15/6/2024) at 14.04 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, shallots, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, Indian mackerel, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase of Rp250 (2.41%) to Rp10,620 per kg. Milkfish experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,200 (3.66%) to Rp31,620 per kg.
