Complete List of Food Prices in West Sumatra Today, What is the Price of Beef? (Saturday, December 16, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in West Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (16/12/2023) at 12:46 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, granulated sugar, broiler chicken meat, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, pure beef, milkfish, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp390 (2.49%) to Rp16,040 per kg. Red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease, down by Rp6,190 (11.22%) to Rp48,990 per kg.
