Complete List of Food Prices in North Sumatra Today, What is the Price of Beef? (Thursday, December 7, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in North Sumatra today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (7/12/2023) at 13:52 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, skipjack tuna, broiler chicken, chicken eggs, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, dry soybean (import), farmer-level corn, red chilies, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish saw the highest increase, jumping Rp7,260 (29.11%) to Rp32,200 per kg. The price of red chilies saw the lowest decrease, falling Rp1,320 (2.24%) to Rp57,680 per kg.
