Complete List of Food Prices in Central Java Today, What's the Price of Fish? (Monday, February 5, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (5/2/2024) at 10:10 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 16 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, garlic bulbs, bulk wheat flour, medium rice, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, dry soybean (import), and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,140 (9.86%) to Rp12,700 per kg. Shallots saw the lowest price decrease of Rp1,480 (5.55%) to Rp25,180 per kg.
