Lampung's Current Food Prices: Cooking Oil Price Up, Chili Price Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (9/11/2024) at 11.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, bulk cooking oil, dry soybean (import), milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, Indian mackerel, chicken eggs, skipjack tuna, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) experienced the highest price increase of Rp410 (3.12%), reaching Rp13,550 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the sharpest price drop of Rp1,690 (4.86%), reaching Rp33,050 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 21 food commodities in Lampung according to Bapanas on November 9, 2024, at 11.07 WIB.

8. Milkfish: Rp27,340 per kg (up 1.94%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,990 per kg (down 0.59%)
10. Curly Red Chilies: Rp21,150 per kg (down 0.66%)
