Bali's Daily Food Prices: Salt and Chili Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (28/10/2024) at 13:18 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, medium-grain rice, chicken eggs, curly red chilies, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, bulk wheat flour, pure beef, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most, by Rp850 (3.48%) to Rp25,250 per kg. The price of packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased the most, by Rp100 (0.83%) to Rp11,970 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 21 food commodities in Bali according to Bapanas on October 28, 2024, at 13:18 WIB.
