The price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Riau Islands Province has decreased by 11.07% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 07:45 WIB, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Riau Province has not changed compared to the previous day, nor in the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp40,200.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Riau Province over the last three months has decreased by 26.06%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Riau Province is traded at Rp48,350.

The record high for the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in December 2016 with an increase of 20.99%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in August 2016 with a decrease of -11.5%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Riau Province show 17 commodities decreased and three increased. Basic commodities with price decreases include: Daily Beef in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Crude Palm Oil in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Medium-Sized Shallots, Daily Palm Oil in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Chili Peppers in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Shallots in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Fresh Layer Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Green Chili Peppers in Traditional Markets by Province, Garlic, Daily Grade 1 Beef in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Granulated Sugar in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Premium Quality Granulated Sugar in Traditional Markets by Province, Medium-Sized Garlic, Daily Curly Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, and Daily Local Granulated Sugar in Traditional Markets by Province.
