Today's Food Prices in East Java: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are monitored to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (9/10/2024) at 08.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, broiler eggs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), curly red chilies, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, mackerel, milkfish, medium rice, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most, by Rp2,640 (8.87%) to Rp32,410 per kg. The price of red chilies decreased the most sharply, by Rp5,310 (15.98%) to Rp27,910 per kg.
