The price of fresh chicken in Bali's traditional markets has increased by 4.12% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in Bali's traditional markets is recorded at Rp37,900. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets has increased from the previous record of Rp36,400.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in Bali over the last three months has decreased by 7.9%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in Bali's traditional markets was traded at Rp41,150.

The highest record for the daily price increase of fresh broiler chicken in the province's traditional markets was previously recorded in July 2022 with an increase of 120.18%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in July 2022 with a decrease of -51.66%.

The PIHPS monitoring shows that the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bali recorded 15 commodities decreasing and 11 others increasing. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Green Chili, Low-Quality Rice II, Rice, Red Chili, Chili, Fresh Broiler Chicken, Chicken Eggs, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Chicken Meat, Super Quality Rice II, Super Quality Rice I, Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Curly Red Chili, and Medium Quality Rice I.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price developments in the last month in Bali Province:
