Aceh Region's Food Prices Today: Chili Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (1/5/2024) at 16.10 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include wheat flour (bulk), iodized fine salt, medium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, broiler chicken, dry soybean (import), skipjack tuna, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies surged the highest, increasing by Rp3,080 (6.66%) to Rp49,300 per kg. The price of broiler chicken decreased the least, dropping by Rp440 (1.37%) to Rp31,780 per kg.
