Food Prices Today, December 16, in Lampung: Chili, Onion, and Red Chili Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (December 16, 2025) at 13:26 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 3 commodities decreased.

The only commodity with an increased price was large red chili.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chili, red cayenne pepper, and red onion decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili commodity rose the highest by Rp334 (0.52%) to Rp64,667 per kg. Red onion prices fell the deepest by Rp1,500 (3.7%) to Rp39,000 per kg.

7. Honan Garlic: Rp30,875 per kg (unchanged)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,542 per kg (unchanged)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,492 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,375 per kg (unchanged)
