The daily price of low-quality rice in traditional markets in Papua Province has decreased by 0.32% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 11:44 WIB, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in traditional markets in Papua Province showed no change compared to the previous day or the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in traditional markets has decreased from Rp15,450.

Meanwhile, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in traditional markets in Papua over the last three months has increased by 2.67% from the previous price of Rp15,000.

The highest price increase for daily low-quality grade I rice in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2020 with a 12.5% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in September 2016 with a -15.38% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Papua show ten commodities decreased and twelve increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are: Curly Red Chili, Medium-Sized Garlic, Large Red Chili, Garlic, Red Chili, Rice, Low-Quality Grade I Rice, Low-Quality Grade II Rice, Medium Grade I Rice, and Medium Grade II Rice.
