Food Prices in Yogyakarta Special Region, Thursday (June 13th): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (13/6/2024) at 13.21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are red chilies and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, chicken eggs, farmer-level corn, bulk cooking oil, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of red chilies increased the most, jumping by Rp890 (1.89%) to Rp47,900 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies decreased the most sharply, dropping by Rp2,830 (7.94%) to Rp32,830 per kg.
