Banten's Daily Food Price List: Egg and Onion Prices Drop (Friday, March 29, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (29/3/2024) at 13.07 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, dry soybean (import), and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, medium rice, premium rice, shallots, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,190 (12.11%) to Rp11,020 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp4,520 (10.38%) to Rp39,020 per kg.
