West Java Food Prices Thursday (29/8): Beef Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (29/8/2024) at 08.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 19 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are farmer-level corn and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, broiler chicken meat, red chilies, chicken eggs, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp400 (7.41%) to Rp5,800 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish experienced the largest price decrease of Rp4,010 (10.81%) to Rp33,090 per kg.
