Lampung Region's Food Prices Today: Sugar, Rice, and Salt Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (14/5/2024) at 14.53 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are red chilies, bulk cooking oil, curly red chilies, shallots, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, chicken meat, milkfish, medium rice, and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp700 (2.09%) to Rp34,230 per kg. Fine iodized salt had the lowest price decrease of Rp310 (2.06%) to Rp14,720 per kg.
