Top 10 Countries with the Most Billionaires in the World, United States Leads (November 2024)

Forbes released a list of the world's 2,805 richest people, spread across 75 countries, in November 2024.

The United States had the highest number of billionaires globally as of Thursday, November 7, 2024, with a total of 811 billionaires.

In total, the richest individuals in the United States possess US$6.531 trillion (Rp103.041 trillion) in wealth, assuming an exchange rate of Rp15,776 per US$1 on November 7, 2024.

China followed in second place with 422 billionaires. The total wealth of Chinese billionaires amounted to US$1.522 trillion (Rp24.021 trillion). The wealth of individual Chinese billionaires ranged from US$0.97 billion to US$53.02 billion, equivalent to Rp15.28 trillion to Rp836.52 trillion.

India came in third, with 215 billionaires and a combined wealth of US$1.059 trillion (Rp16.716 trillion).

Indonesia did not rank among the top 10 countries with the most billionaires. However, Indonesia was ranked 10th with 51 billionaires, possessing a collective wealth of US$162.8 billion (Rp2.568 trillion).
