Latest Food Prices in Bali: Red Chili Prices Up, Beef Down

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (6/11/2025) at 10.23 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 14 increased and 9 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include consumption sugar, SPHP rice, dry soybean seeds (imported), garlic bulbs, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as pure beef, broiler eggs, red bird's eye chili, bulk wheat flour, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili commodity surged the highest by Rp3,126 (7.11%) to Rp47,083 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of packaged wheat flour saw the deepest drop of Rp542 (4.7%) to Rp11,000 per kg.

6. Milkfish: Rp40,000 per kg (up 6.67%)
7. Shallots: Rp35,583 per kg (down 0.44%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp34,000 per kg (up 3.62%)
9. Garlic Bulbs: Rp31,917 per kg (up 0.56%)
10. Broiler Eggs: Rp27,167 per kg (down 0.85%)
11. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp26,250 per kg (down 0.7%)
12. Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp19,375 per liter (down 0.96%)
13. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp19,182 per liter (down 0.87%)
