Aceh Region Food Prices Saturday (8/6): Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (8/6/2024) at 14.24 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are simple packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, kembung fish, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as tongkol fish, broiler chicken meat, bandeng fish, pure beef, and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping by Rp830 (1.56%) to Rp53,900 per kg. Meanwhile, tongkol fish experienced the lowest price decrease, dropping by Rp900 (3.35%) to Rp25,950 per kg.
