Branded packaged cooking oil prices in North Kalimantan rose 0.49% over the past week.

The price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) in North Kalimantan was sold at Rp 20,350 per kg on Friday, January 28, 2022. Compared to other regions, the price change in this region was the highest in the last week.

According to daily monitoring of staple food commodity prices from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) in North Kalimantan started to increase by 0.49% within a week.

Meanwhile, compared to the price 30 days prior, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) in this region has increased by 33.01%. This means there has been a significant surge in a month. In fact, compared to the last year's prices, the selling price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) in North Kalimantan's modern markets is currently the highest on record.

For the period of January 2022, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) in modern markets continued to rise, increasing by 33.01% compared to the previous month.

The price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) reached its lowest point at Rp 16,750 per kg on Monday, January 3, 2022. The highest price ever reached was around Rp 20,350 per kg.

Nationally, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) started to decline towards the end of 2021. The average price of branded packaged cooking oil (brand 2) in modern markets was sold at Rp 18,740 per kg, down 15.47% compared to the previous weekend.
