Food Prices in West Java on Tuesday (September 10th): Eggs Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (10/9/2024) at 14.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, granulated sugar, and corn at the farmer level.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, shallots, broiler chicken meat, bulk wheat flour, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of broiler chicken eggs increased the most by Rp310 (1.19%) to Rp26,270 per kg. The price of iodized fine salt decreased the most by Rp60 (0.58%) to Rp10,260 per kg.
