Aceh Region Food Prices Today: Chicken Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (16/8/2024) at 14.04 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, bulk wheat flour, dry soybean (import), medium rice, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of chicken meat saw the highest increase of Rp660 (2.29%) to Rp29,510 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna saw the largest decrease of Rp720 (2.58%) to Rp27,180 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 20 food commodities in Aceh according to Bapanas on August 16, 2024, at 14.04 WIB.

9. Chicken Eggs: Rp25,150 per kg (down 0.47%)
