Latest Food Prices in Indonesia: Eggs Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (26/9/2025) at 09.15 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 3 increased and 22 decreased.

The commodities that increased in price are skipjack tuna, mackerel, and broiler eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as frozen buffalo meat (imported), consumption salt, pure beef, premium rice, and fresh buffalo meat (local) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna increased the most by Rp461 (1.33%) to Rp35,005 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili prices dropped the most by Rp4,053 (7.88%) to Rp47,395 per kg.
