Complete List of Food Prices in East Java Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Monday, December 4, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (4/12/2023) at 12:13 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 commodities increased in price and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, premium rice, red chilies, pure beef, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, iodized fine salt, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies saw the highest increase, jumping Rp2,250 (3.2%) to Rp72,500 per kg. The price of broiler chicken saw the lowest decrease, dropping Rp410 (1.26%) to Rp32,070 per kg.
