West Java Food Prices, Saturday, August 10th: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (10/8/2024) at 08.39 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 17 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, granulated sugar, medium rice, mackerel fish, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Simple packaged cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp240 (1.38%) to Rp17,610 per liter. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt experienced the largest price decrease of Rp1,250 (12.24%) to Rp8,960 per kg.
