Lampung Region's Latest Food Prices: Egg Prices Rise, Chili Prices Fall (Wednesday, March 6, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (6/3/2024) at 13:35 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), mackerel, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, milkfish, skipjack tuna, medium rice, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was livestock-level corn, up by Rp330 (4.93%) to Rp7,030 per kg. The commodity with the lowest price decrease was red chili, down by Rp2,140 (3.57%) to Rp57,850 per kg.
