Today's Food Prices (05/12) in Aceh: Onions Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Necessity Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (5/12/2025) at 18.45 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 increased and 4 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red onions, broiler eggs, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken meat, premium packaged palm cooking oil, large red chili, and bulk palm cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onions saw the highest jump of Rp2,000 (4.94%) to Rp42,500 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chili dropped most sharply by Rp5,000 (6.86%) to Rp67,917 per kg.
