West Java Food Prices Friday (November 29th): Chicken and Salt Prices Fall

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (29/11/2024) at 15.22 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are premium rice, chicken eggs, mackerel, bulk wheat flour, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as granulated sugar, red chilies, farmer-level corn, medium rice, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase of Rp100 (0.99%) to Rp10,170 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the sharpest price decrease of Rp110 (1.97%) to Rp5,480 per kg.
