The average daily price of medium-sized garlic at traditional markets in Bengkulu Province has increased by 4.89% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in Bengkulu Province is recorded at Rp42,900. This price is unchanged compared to the previous day, and has remained consistent over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets has increased from Rp40,900.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in Bengkulu over the past three months has decreased by 3.05%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in Bengkulu Province was traded at Rp44,250.

The highest recorded price increase for medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in this province was in May 2019, with an increase of 123.12%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in June 2017, at -25.6%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Bengkulu today show three commodities decreased and 19 increased. The commodities with price decreases are Red Chili, Fresh Layer Eggs, and Chicken Eggs.
