Lampung Region's Current Food Prices: Rice and Egg Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (21/7/2024) at 12:34 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, SPHP rice, skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallot bulbs, Indian mackerel, broiler chicken, fine iodized salt, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Cooking oil (loose) saw the highest price increase of Rp490 (3.26%) to Rp15,520 per liter. Meanwhile, the price of milkfish decreased the most, by Rp950 (3.45%) to Rp26,600 per kg.
