Food Prices in Jambi on Saturday (14/12): Chicken and Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (14/12/2024) at 14.29 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are SPHP rice and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, shallots, chicken meat, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Chicken eggs saw the highest price increase of Rp50 (0.19%), reaching Rp26,940 per kg. Shallots experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp700 (2.3%), reaching Rp29,680 per kg.
