Food Prices in Jambi on Monday (February 24th): Chili Pepper, Beef, and Egg Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (24/02/2025) at 18.21 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 18 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour, kembung fish, and bandeng fish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Minyakita, dry soybean seeds (import), and table salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers experienced the highest price increase, up Rp4,998 (11.89%) to Rp47,028 per kg. Table salt saw the largest price decrease, down Rp117 (0.99%) to Rp11,744 per kg.
