Latest Food Prices in West Java: Egg, Beef, and Oil Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (11/03/2025) at 12.40 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 16 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are dry soybean (import), shallots, bulk cooking oil, premium rice, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, red chili peppers, packaged wheat flour, shallot bulbs, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp1,421 (3.18%) to Rp46,055 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp5,321 (10.71%) to Rp44,356 per kg.
