Complete List of Food Prices in West Java Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Thursday, November 23, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (23/11/2023) at 09.21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased.

Red chili prices surged the highest at 5.86% or Rp5,280, reaching Rp95,450 per kg.

Next, the prices of iodized fine salt and curly red chili increased by 4.25% or Rp450 to Rp11,040 per kg and 2.63% or Rp1,890 to Rp73,870 per kg, respectively.

The price of granulated sugar increased by Rp400 or 2.43% to Rp16,870 per kg, the price of dry soybean (import) increased by Rp140 or 1.18% to Rp12,020 per kg, and the price of packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) increased by Rp20 or 0.16% to Rp12,870 per kg.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, shallots, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of simple packaged cooking oil decreased by 5.91% or Rp1,040 to Rp16,570 per liter, the lowest price decrease today in West Java.

The price of broiler chicken meat was recorded at Rp33,570 per kg, down 3.65%, the price of shallots decreased to Rp27,970 per kg from Rp28,910 per kg, and the price of farmer-level corn decreased by Rp190 to Rp6,060 per kg.
