Latest Food Prices in Bali: Cooking Oil Up, Chilies Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (9/10/2024) at 10:57 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, dry soybean (import), and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, broiler chicken, premium rice, granulated sugar, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel experienced the highest increase of Rp1,060 (2.95%) to Rp36,950 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most, by Rp1,070 (5.11%) to Rp19,850 per kg.

7. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,030 per kg (down 0.26%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp24,870 per kg (down 1.74%)
9. Red Onion: Rp23,590 per kg (up 0.68%)
