Today's Food Prices (19/3) in Lampung: Beef and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Some food commodity prices in Lampung today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (March 19, 2026) at 16.48 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities that experienced price increases include premium packaged palm cooking oil, Honan garlic, beef rump, wheat flour, and bulk palm cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as curly red chili and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken meat price jumped the highest by Rp1,166 (3.19%) to Rp37,722 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili price dropped the steepest by Rp3,125 (7.84%) to Rp36,736 per kg.

2. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp62,089 per kg (up 0.89%)
3. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp37,722 per kg (up 3.19%)
4. Shallots: Rp36,867 per kg (up 0.55%)
5. Curly Red Chili: Rp36,736 per kg (down 7.84%)
6. Large Red Chili: Rp35,756 per kg (down 7.34%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp33,655 per kg (up 0.64%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp30,256 per kg (up 0.89%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,856 per liter (up 0.97%)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp17,474 per liter (up 1.11%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,467 per kg (stable)
12. Minyakita: Rp15,678 per liter (stable)
