Today's Food Prices in West Java: Beef Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (12/9/2024) at 14.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, iodized fine salt, pure beef, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, dry soybean (import), granulated sugar, broiler chicken, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp40 (0.31%) to Rp12,820 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) decreased the most sharply by Rp570 (5.24%) to Rp10,300 per kg.
