The number of people in North Sulawesi who have received their first dose of the vaccine has reached 1.82 million.

As of Thursday, March 17, 2022, North Sulawesi Province has achieved an 87.65% vaccination rate for the first dose, covering 1.82 million of the 2.08 million targeted individuals. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 61.33% of the target.

By target group, the COVID-19 vaccination breakdown in the province is as follows: For healthcare workers (target: 21,780 individuals), the first dose vaccination reached 21,780 individuals (123.21% of the target), and the second dose reached 115.8% or 25,220 individuals.

For public service workers (target: 194,980 individuals), the first dose vaccination reached 186,410 individuals (95.61% of the target), and the second dose reached 82.35% or 160,560 individuals.

For the elderly (target: 259,460 individuals), the first dose vaccination reached 183,940 individuals (70.89% of the target), and the second dose reached 50.58% or 131,240 individuals.

For the vulnerable general public (target: 1.36 million individuals), the first dose vaccination reached 1.03 million individuals (75.96% of the target), and the second dose reached 51.38% or 697,310 individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 (target: 245,340 individuals), the first dose vaccination reached 229,620 individuals (93.59% of the target), and the second dose reached 70.1% or 171,990 individuals.
