Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 20,440 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 20,440 people (125.46 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 116.83 percent or 23,880 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 247,010 people. The first dose vaccination has reportedly reached 195,420 people (79.11 percent of the target), and the second dose has reached 62.17 percent, or 153,570 people.
The elderly target is 157,300 people. For the first dose, 35,770 people have received the vaccine (22.74 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 11.42 percent, or 17,970 people.
The target for vulnerable members of the general public is 1.28 million people. For the first dose, vaccination has reportedly been given to 490,210 people (39.73 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 19.44 percent, or 232,480 people.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this region is 296,410 people. For the first dose, 151,470 people have received the vaccine (51.1 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 28.13 percent, or 83,380 people.
