Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 14,120 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 14,120 people (143.44% of the target), and for the second dose, 140.75% or 19,880 people were vaccinated.
Public service workers had a target of 128,890 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 337,000 people (261.46% of the target), and the second dose reached 235.06%, or 302,980 people.
For the elderly, the target was 87,130 people. For the first dose, 72,750 people were vaccinated (83.49% of the target). The second dose reached only 69.99% or 60,980 people.
The target for the vulnerable general public was 1.14 million people. For the first dose, 910,380 people were vaccinated (79.99% of the target). The second dose reached only 67.22% or 764,740 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 207,660 people. For the first dose, 219,220 people were vaccinated (105.57% of the target). The second dose reached 92.94% or 193,010 people.
